Meet Sherry
I'm passionate about helping people create sustainable health changes—whether you're ready to prioritize your wellbeing, looking for support to make healthy habits stick, managing a health condition, navigating hormonal changes, taking a GLP-1 medication, or simply seeking guidance that fits your real life.
Why I Became a Health Coach
After navigating my own health challenges with Hashimoto's and perimenopause, I realized that health and wellness is a lifelong journey. The more I learned, the more passionate I became about helping others on their own journeys.
As a nurse, I noticed that patients would leave appointments with recommendations to "eat better" and "exercise more"—but without any ongoing support to actually make those changes happen in real life. They knew what they should do, but not how to do it amidst their busy lives, competing priorities, and personal challenges.
That's why I became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach—to be that support. Everyone's journey is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. My role is to provide personalized support tailored to your unique needs—whether we're exploring resources together, designing strategies that fit your life, or troubleshooting as challenges arise.

How We'll Work Together

This is about partnering with you to create sustainable change that fits your life.
Together, we'll:
-
Clarify what you truly want for your health and wellbeing
-
Identify opportunities and strategies that align with your energy, schedule, and priorities
-
Design practical approaches to nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress that work for you
-
Adjust and refine as you go, because flexibility is key to sustainability
-
Build the skills and confidence to maintain these changes independently
For example:
-
We'll explore eating patterns that give you energy and feel enjoyable and sustainable
-
We'll find movement that you look forward to and can realistically include in your life
-
We'll identify practical ways to support your stress management and overall wellbeing
-
If you're using a GLP-1 medication, we'll focus on building the habits that support your success—both while you're on medication and for long-term maintenance
What I Do (And Don't Do)
-
It's important to understand what health coaching is—and isn't:
-
I don't: diagnose conditions, prescribe medications or supplements, create rigid meal plans, or give you a one-size-fits-all exercise routine.
-
I do: help you identify what's getting in your way, design personalized strategies that work for your body and life, provide accountability and support, help you build sustainable habits, guide you to quality resources, and partner with you to navigate obstacles as they arise.
My role is to help you become the expert on what works for you.
